Ordered by recommendation primacy. Signature first because most listings are mid-market. Premier next because luxury earns the production. Showcase because the floor matters when it's the right call. CCP because the long game compounds. Photography Only last because sometimes the honest answer is "don't book a package."

Most agents, most listings

Signature The sweet spot.

Best fit for

Mid-market listings where the property has a moment — a view, a yard, an interior architectural beat. Anywhere motion sells the home better than a still ever could. Roughly 60% of the listings ASM delivers run on Signature.

When to step away

Starter homes where layout matters more than motion (go Showcase for the 3D tour). Luxury listings where twilight is expected (go Premier). Buyer pool that's mostly relocation or out-of-market — Signature trades the 3D tour for the reel, and that's a real cost for remote buyers. Add the 3D tour back on at the $75 bundle rate if you need both.

Premier The full production.

Best fit for

Luxury listings, lakefront homes, anything you're presenting to the seller as full premium service. Listings where twilight is the strongest single image — Winter Park lakefront, Windermere, Isleworth, Dr. Phillips chain-of-lakes. Properties where the listing presentation itself implied the full production.

When to step away

Below $800k almost always. Premier on a starter listing reads as a flex that hurts the property more than it helps. If the only premium element is the price tag and the home itself doesn't carry the production, Signature plus a twilight add-on is the smarter call.

Best fit for

Starter homes under $500k. Quick-flip listings where speed beats production value. Listings where layout sells the home and the 3D tour earns its place. Investors and wholesalers buying media on volume. Any listing where the marketing budget is tight and you need every dollar working on the static visuals.

When to step away

Any listing where the agent is presenting full luxury service. Listings above $800k where the absence of a reel reads as cheaping out. Properties with a strong outdoor or twilight moment that the static photos alone won't carry. If motion sells the home, Showcase isn't the answer.

Best fit for

Agents and teams shooting four or more listings a month. Anyone building a sphere-of-influence content brand alongside the listing pipeline. Brokerages onboarding new agents who need brand assets fast. Volume sellers who want their listing media at a discount and their sphere content handled at the same time.

When to step away

Sub-two-listings-a-month volume — the math doesn't work. Solo agents who don't actively post to a sphere. New agents who haven't proven the listing-side rhythm yet. The CCP is the multiplier on top of an active listing business, not the thing that creates one.

The honest 'don't buy any of these'

Photography Only The right answer for the wrong tier.

Best fit for

Listings under $250k. Sub-1,500 SF cottages. Properties where every dollar above editorial MLS photography reads as overspend that the buyer will never see. Investor listings, wholesale flips, anything where the spread is thin enough that media decisions are math, not marketing.

  • Next-business-day delivery
  • Drone stills add on at $75
  • Sized MLS-ready in 1024 and 4K

When to step away

Anything above a $400k listing. Anywhere the property carries enough character that a reel or twilight pass would earn back the spend. Anywhere the agent's brand presentation to the seller implied more than the floor. Photography only is the right answer when the listing is the right tier for it — not when the agent wants to save a hundred dollars.

Not in the catalog. The Signature Reel covers the same editorial job better.

AI-rendered listing photos

We refuse this entirely. The dormers move when we render.
